Baker patent assisted-opening treble-grip action, patent no. 16778 of 22nd March 1913, with Baker patent ejectors, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, bouquet and scroll engraving, retaining some original colour-hardening and finish, 14 1/2in. figured stock including 1 1/8in. leather-covered recoil pad, weight 6lb. 7oz., in a brass-cornered leather case
